Dear UPLB Chemical Engineering Batch ‘89:

In behalf of the University of the Philippines Los Baños, I would like to thank you and your family for your donation of seventy five thousand pesos to the UPLB Centennial Fund Campaign.

Your contribution to the Department of Chemical Engineering shall be toward strengthening the best enabling environment for learning, research, and creative work by modernizing and upgrading our facilities and research laboratories.

This is indeed a fitting gift for the University on its 100th birthday.

We are truly grateful that you have responded positively to our call for support this centennial year. It is our alumni and partners, like you, who have helped us build the UPLB heritage of distinctive excellence through the years.

As we move into the next century of UP, we continue our legacy of service and commitment to building the nation. We are proud to have you at our side sharing that vision of greatness with us.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to celebrate the centennial with us. Nothing beats coming back to UPLB. We hope you can make it back to join us in time to end UPLB’s centennial this March.
